Dedicated to the memory of Patrick Smith
This site is a tribute to Patrick Smith, who was born in Norfolk on November 29, 1951 and passed away at his home in Bristol on June 28, 2023.
He worked as a Social Worker in Child Guidance for many years and his family (sisters Margaret, Paula and Maureen and brother Sean) thought it would be a fitting tribute to make a donation to the NSPCC in his memory.
He is much loved and will always be remembered.
